About me

About Tessa Brower

I am a third-generation entrepreneur and a seasoned operator with more than a decade experience driving results at best-in-class global companies in North America and Europe.

I served in cross-functional roles involving strategy, execution, and profit and loss responsibility, including: planning and forecasting, development of new products and promotions, regulatory, production, go-to-market, marketing, media and digital, merchandising, operations, profitability enhancement and real estate expansion.

4 major groups played a key role in my development as an operator: L’Oreal - the world’s largest cosmetics group ($33bn in annual revenue), Richemont - a Swiss family-owned 26-brand holding company ($15bn in annual revenue), Burberry - a British legacy brand where I ran a cross-functional reorganization, growing our team from 3 to 150 full-time employees ($4bn in annual revenue), and LVMH - a French family-owned 52-brand conglomerate where I grew Louis Vuitton across the Americas ($53bn in annual revenue).

Later on, I significantly enhanced my training by joining 3G Capital- and Warren Buffett-backed Restaurant Brands International (NYSE: QSR) in the quick service industry ($33bn in annual sales). I partnered with Burger King’s small to medium franchise owners to drive their performance and grow their footprint in the New York metro. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, our partnership strengthened as we built a response playbook, institutionalizing our successful financial and operational action items to prepare the greater U.S. community for the upcoming crisis.

I look forward to partnering on exploring ways in which we can drive the next phase of growth at your company and mutually benefit from the value created.
